Aviemore is about 3 hours drive north from Edinburgh and Glasgow airports and less than one hour
drive from Inverness airport. It is on the Inverness - London railway and linked to the rest of the
known universe by Sustrans cycle routes and ancient hill paths.

By bike
Aviemore is on National Cycling Network Route 7 which links to Inverness and Glasgow.

There’s a mainline train station in the centre of Aviemore with regular links to Inverness, Edinburgh
and Glasgow. Caledonian sleeper services from London Euston also stop – go to bed in London,
wake up in the Highlands.

From the north – aim for Inverness and head south on A9, then follow signs for Aviemore (B970),
